Pierre has over 25 years’ experience in UK construction, property, and development, having led and managed high-end residential and commercial construction businesses, as well as property development ventures.

He is a specialist in complex and listed buildings, with deep expertise in Building Safety Regulator (BSR) compliance and high-risk projects.

George brings his knowledge from the tech industry to give Harris & Williams its edge. He is the point of contact for our contractors, ensuring high quality talent is acquired and managed accordingly.

He met Pierre whilst they worked on similar BSR tools, and they started Harris & Williams shortly after.

Camilla studied at Central Saint Martins and KLC, bringing together a strong understanding of design with a practical approach to project delivery.

With experience across estate agency, interior design, and project management, she specialises in high-end residential projects, working closely with clients and design teams.

Thomas has been immersed in the world of property for his whole career. After studying Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University, he worked in residential sales at Strutt & Parker for six years. During Covid, he founded The Page, a highly successful platform for residential renovations.

He works on Harris & Williams on specialist projects, ensuring that any project can be completed to the upmost standard.

James brings eight years of operations experience, specialising in blending systems thinking with hands-on delivery. He specialises in scaling teams, tightening processes, and ensuring complex residential projects run smoothly, on time, and to exacting standards consistently.

Celia’s experience, over the last 5 years, in property development and marketing are integral to managing the perception and image of our brand. She brings a unique finesse to Harris & Williams, thanks to her theatrical and literary background.

Saffy has the temperament and lifestyle resembling that of a princess. She’s energetic and loyal, but still doesn’t understand how mirrors work.

These two charismatic and mischievous Hungarian Vizslas love nothing more than running on the beach and swimming in the sea, followed by a long, snuggly snooze by the wood burner.
